REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Refunds and exchanges will be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, or do not do what they are supposed to do.
REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND
Although we are under no obligation to exchange or refund goods due to change of mind or incorrect product selection we will usually provide refunds on products if returned to in their original condition.
No returns will be accepted without prior arrangement. Please be aware when requesting an exchange that you must pay all postage costs, this includes the cost to re-ship the exchanged item to you. All returned items must be in the original, undamaged packaging, any item not in original packaging will not be accepted for exchange.

Please note: All Exchange or Return items must be returned via Registered Australia Post for tracking purposes. If you send an item via Regular Mail and your parcel is lost in transit the customer assumes responsibility for the loss. Goods need to be returned in original packaging otherwise your return will be rejected.
DAMAGED GOODS ON DELIVERY
Customers please check your order when it is delivered for damage. if the contents of your package appear to have been damaged in the post please contact us immediately with a description and photographs of the damage so we can address the issue with Australia Post..
